Unfortunately, as planned, we cannot go out to eat in the fulling mill again over the Christmas period. That's a shame because we always felt very comfortable and the food was always very tasty! We look forward to the next visit!

The best to go menu of all time .. Salmon very tasty, vegetables with a bite and fried potatoes as they should be .. very delicious also the dessert .. and lovingly arranged .. good luck during this time you do the great

We were guests in the fulling mill. Chef Klaus put together a menu for us that was simply Fine Dining Par Excellance from start to finish. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely evening.

It was a wonderful evening. Great ambience with very good cuisine and service, definitely on my list of the best restaurants I've been to so far. Price-performance ratio is right, I can definitely recommend it and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I have never been disappointed here. Everything tastes so good here and the service and the atmosphere are really nice.

A nice location in itself. But the premises are too cold for me. Maybe that's because of the tile floor. The food was prepared to the point. Instead 5 *. The service could be better. We sat in front of empty glasses for a long time and no one asked for a dessert. Too bad.

We have organized a dinner with 30 guests in the Walkmühle. Ms. Bauer has prepared everything great with us and gave us excellent advice. Also alternatives for allergy sufferers and vegetarians / vegans were available. All the guests were very satisfied with the food, quality and taste were outstanding. The ambience was also very nice and the service very attentive. Our rooms were nice and quiet with modern bathrooms. The Walkmühle is highly recommended for a good dinner as well as for events!

First class restaurant with superior cuisine, cozy rustic ambience of a disused mill on the Usa. Card with game and delicious treats. Many very different seating indoors and out in the yard. Only the driveway is adventurous because right on the road, here you really have to be careful. Food and drink are of the highest quality, prices reasonable, but accordingly at a higher level. Seat of local Rotarians. We have experienced beautiful family celebrations with and without children. Top recommendation for a good evening in the Hochtaunus. Definitely book in advance, as well visited. There are also overnight accommodations.
